Lean, Six Sigma, Productivity, Project and Change Management; deployment of Continuous Improvement activities in international environments including training, mentoring and carrying out own projects.
after years of succesful cooperation with The Lean Six Sigma Company, started the TLSSC operations in Austria.
Started his own business in summer 2016 supporting his clients to bring their strategies to life.
joined Western Union in 2007 as Business Project Manager – MBB to revitalize six sigma activities in EMEASA,
soon became the Head of Business Initiative Group (BIG – a strategy execution and leadership development platform) for EMEA-APAC.
then became Director, Global Process & Productivity and
in his last position, he was the Director, Global Membership & Loyalty Programs to ensure WU’s transformation from a transactional company to customer centric company.
Area & Program Black Belt
joined Mondi Group (Paper & Packaging) in 2003 solely to execute deployment of Continuous Improvement Initiatives in ~50 production sites throughout Europe, M. East and N. Africa.
after successful deployment, also took over regional responsibility overseeing activities in 9 countries with 10 sites.
Regional ACFC (At the Customer For the Customer) Black Belt
from GE Plastics’ school of Lean Six Sigma, got his trainings & certifications there between 1998 and 2003.
Led Productivity & Cost Out Programs at Key Customers in Turkey, then got promoted to lead the ACFC Program and Lean Six Sigma activities in C&E Europe, MEA & CIS from Vienna.
